Title: What's a Private Day Tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guests were a group visiting from North America. Originally the plan was to visit Miyajima, the museum, and the Peace Memorial Park, but since they had time the previous day and had already toured the museum, we changed the afternoon plan to Hiroshima Castle on short notice. When we met in the morning, one of the guests requested to buy koinobori (carp streamers). I called a shop, but they had no stock and could only ship within the country, so honestly I was at a loss. However, we managed to find some simple ones at a souvenir shop in Miyajima, and they purchased about five. They were also able to buy the koinobori displayed on the first floor of the Orizuru Tower, which delighted them and gave me a sense of relief. Apparently, seeing koinobori at Tokyo Tower was what sparked their interest. They had already visited Nagasaki and Kyoto, and the next day they were heading to the Expo in Osaka.
