- Meet at the hotel at 10:30 → 10:30-11:00 travel to Asakusa → 11:00-12:00 explore Asakusa → 12:00-12:30 travel to Nezu → 12:30-13:30 explore Nezu Shrine → 13:30-14:00 travel to Harajuku → 14:00-14:45 have ramen for lunch → 14:45-15:15 travel to Otemachi → 15:30-16:30 explore the Imperial Palace and disband
What Is a Private One-Day Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Asakusa, Nezu Shrine, and the Imperial Palace
Today's guests were a group visiting Japan from North America. Some of the guests had visited Japan the previous year and enjoyed it so much that they returned this time with the rest of the group. We first visited Senso-ji Temple. Amid the international travelers, we encountered many students on a Japanese school trip, and the guests were fascinated, noting that everyone was wearing uniforms that looked like navy outfits. Next, we visited Nezu Shrine and experienced the azalea festival. Along the way, one of the guests had a video conversation with another member of the group back in North America and showed them the azaleas. One of the guests remarked on how beautiful and quintessentially Japanese it was, and they expressed appreciation for the advances in technology, saying that something like this would have been impossible ten years ago. We enjoyed ramen in Harajuku, and finally visited the Imperial Palace before parting ways.

Yuji was an amazing guide. He was able to add so much information about all the sites we chose to see. He was very kind and when we were tired he suggested a stop for coffee. It revived us and we kept going.
I would highly recommend Yuji to any one visiting Tokyo.
