What Can You See on a Private Day Tour of Tokyo? A Licensed Guide's Report on Asakusa, Skytree, Tsukiji, and Shibuya
Today's guests were a group visiting Japan from North America. We first visited Asakusa, where I explained the history of the area and the origins of Kaminarimon Gate, and took photos for them. They had just arrived in Japan the previous evening and had no prior knowledge, so they were unsure what to look for at Nakamise shopping street. I explained omikuji fortune slips, and when they drew one, it came out as bad luck, which left them a little disappointed. Next, we moved to Tokyo Skytree, where they thoroughly enjoyed the views of Tokyo. After that, we headed to Tsukiji, where they had been looking forward to enjoying Japanese sushi, so I guided them to a restaurant. They tried toro and uni, and were surprised and grateful for the freshness and the low prices. Finally, they experienced the Shibuya Crossing and were very satisfied.

Yuji was an amazing guide. He was able to add so much information about all the sites we chose to see. He was very kind and when we were tired he suggested a stop for coffee. It revived us and we kept going.
I would highly recommend Yuji to any one visiting Tokyo.
