From there the group visited Hotel the Mitsui Kyoto at 09:00, Saihoji (4000) at 10:00, Adashino Nenbutsuji (500) at 11:30, Bamboo grove at 12:10 and Kiyomizudera (500) at 14:20.

Title: What Is a Private Kyoto Day Tour With a Licensed Guide Like? A Guide's Report

The guests were a group visiting from North America. From the outset they had expressed a wish to visit Saihoji Temple, so I had advised them on how to make a reservation online. Since only two people can be booked per online application, I asked them to submit two separate applications. As the guide also needs to be registered in advance to enter, I was unable to join and waited outside. For lunch I had been considering conveyor-belt sushi or a family restaurant, but since they preferred Japanese cuisine, I took them to a Japanese restaurant, and they were very pleased, which was wonderful. We arrived at Kiyomizu-dera Temple around 14:20, and after passing through Hanamikoji Street in Gion, we parted ways.
