Tour Itinerary
- 9:30 Meet at the APA Roppongi SIX lobby～Roppongi 1-chome～Tameike-Sanno～10:22 Asakusa Station. Take commemorative photos with the Asahi Beer Building and Tokyo Skytree in the background from Sumida Park～Kaminarimon～Nakamise～Sensoji Temple～Hoppy Street, Shin-Nakamise. 12:08 Asakusa Station～12:13 Ueno Station. Ueno Park. Statue of Saigo Takamori, Kiyomizu Kannon, rows of cherry trees, Inari Shrine, Ueno Toshogu Shrine, lunch at the food stalls along the approach to Ueno Toshogu Shrine. Visit the front garden of the National Museum of Western Art. Ueno～Shibuya. Shibuya Hachiko, scramble crossing.
- 15:30 Move from Shibuya to Harajuku. Takeshita Street, Meiji Street, at the dining floor on the 6F of Tokyu Plaza at the Harajuku crossing, taught how to return to the hotel, then disbanded at 16:15. The group said they would enjoy alcohol and such here before heading back.
What's a Private Day Tour of Tokyo Like in Cherry Blossom Season? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were a group visiting from North America. After Tokyo, they planned to travel to Osaka and other places by cruise. They were a lively and friendly group from the start. I had once been able to speak a little of their language, but now only enough for greetings. I sent the itinerary in advance, listened to their wishes, and changed the destinations the day before. I also handed them the itinerary along with English-language materials on an overview of Japanese history, the difference between the Emperor and the Shogun, and how the position of Shogun came to be. Lunch had originally been planned at a restaurant in Ueno, but I let them choose whether they would prefer a simple meal from food stalls. Since the weather was fine, we had okonomiyaki, grilled squid, yakisoba, beer, and more from the stalls for lunch. The cherry blossoms in Ueno Park were in full bloom, making it the perfect time for sightseeing. They were also delighted to experience the Hachiko statue and the scramble crossing in Shibuya. I believe they thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Mr Akey showed me an amazing time in Hakone. He planned out a very detailed itinerary based completely on my interests. The hot spring onsen was just what I needed to relax after long travel and a day of walking around the day before. I was hesitant to do the ropeway due to my fear of heights, but am so glad I went. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and I was lucky enough to have a clear enough day to get some incredible views of Mt Fuji. Highly recommend.

You can tailor make this to anything you want and the guide delivered exactly what we asked for, along with some extras and very good commentary to explain it all. Only thing is be prepared to travel on subway which can take some time, so make sure what you want to see is geographically close to maximise your sight-seeing.
