Tour Itinerary in Detail
The tour started at 11:00 at hotel, then guided tour around the Shinjuku Kabukicho area. and ended at 15:15. The day ran to 4 hours and 15 minutes from start to finish.
Over the course of the day the route took in To Meiji Shrine at 11:30, Shibuya Crossing at 12:40, Guided tour to the Imperial Palace and Nijubashi Bridge at 13:30 and Asakusa and Sensoji Temple at 14:10.
Title: What Can You See on a 4-Hour Private Tokyo Tour? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were a group visiting Japan from the Middle East. After spending a few days in Tokyo, they planned to head to Kyoto.
From the pre-tour discussions, the guests expressed interest in visiting many different places, but since it was a 4-hour course, we narrowed down the destinations for the tour. They had arrived the previous evening and mentioned walking around the Shinjuku and Kabukicho area near their hotel that night. After showing them the Kabukicho area again, we headed to Meiji Shrine.
Entering from the north approach of Meiji Shrine, I explained the differences between Shinto and Buddhism, the influence each has had on Japanese culture, and the differences in how to worship. The guests became quite fascinated by Shinto and purchased many amulets.
Next, we moved to the Shibuya crossing, where they enjoyed the view of the intersection from a Starbucks, before heading to the Imperial Palace and Nijubashi Bridge.
They had hoped to view cherry blossoms, so I considered guiding them to Chidorigafuchi, but since they wanted to follow the original itinerary, we visited Nijubashi Bridge. After taking them to Tokyo Station, we headed to Asakusa and Sensoji Temple. It was very crowded, but the guests seemed to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Asakusa. Since they had a reservation at teamLab afterward, we concluded the tour here.

Highly recommend this tour for first time visit to Tokyo. Our guide Atsushi took great care to acclimate us with navigating through busy train stations efficiently with a group of eight family members. Along the way and at each site he explained various cultural practices and associated histories that made the tour very immersive and enjoyable. Best Tour for a Short Visit
Atsushi-san was an incredibly well-researched and friendly tour guide. His knowledge allowed us to explore and get to the historical significance of the various locations we visited. His explanations were simple but comprehensive. The six hours flew by and included some off-the-beaten opportunities including coffee at a very austere but memorable location near the fish market. I would highly recommend him as well as this tour for anyone with limited time in Tokyo wanting see as much as possible

Our guide, Atsushi, was great! He met us at our hotel in Hakone and took us clockwise to tour all the sites. He was informative and taught us a lot. Our group was two adults and a 14 year old. We saw Mt Fuji from the rope way, but unfortunately the pirate ship was canceled because of high wind. We would absolutely use Atsushi again for this tour, or any other tour he provides.
