- 3. 9:20 Going to the Museum by bus
- 4. 10:10 Visiting the monuments and the A-Bomb Dome in the Park
- 5. 12:50 Going to Miyajima Island by tram and ferry
- 6. 13:30 Having lunch and visiting the Shrine
- 7. 15:40 Going back to Hiroshima station by ferry and JR train
- 8. 16:00 Helping them to buy Shinkansen tickets for ShinOsaka and said goodbye

Title: Can You Do a Private Day Trip to Miyajima and Hiroshima? A Licensed Guide's Report
It had been three months since my last tour. First, I realized that with an 8:00 meeting time, the connections between transportation—especially JR, the ferry, and JR buses—were very poor, so I revised the itinerary I had guided seven times before and prepared accordingly. In the end, taking the Hiroden streetcar allowed us to use the time efficiently. The guests were interested in history and listened attentively. At Miyajima, when I mentioned that the difference between high and low tide was 4 meters, they seemed doubtful, but they were convinced when I pointed out the breakwater leading to the shrine. One of the guests wished to see a doctor at a hospital near the hotel in Osaka, so I called the hotel twice to check, but the situation remained unclear. Since they wanted to reach the hotel as soon as possible, I booked the 16:22 Shinkansen. We parted at the station at 16:00. I was glad they were pleased.

Hiroshima Tour with Yoshi
Yoshi was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond—meeting us at the station and making everything feel effortless and perfectly organized.
She is incredibly knowledgeable, especially about Hiroshima’s history. What made the experience even more special is that her perspective comes from someone who was born and raised there. Hearing the stories, details, and context directly from her added a level of depth and authenticity that you simply cannot get otherwise.
Beyond her knowledge, Yoshi is just a beautiful human being—kind, warm, and genuinely caring. Spending the day with her felt like a hug to the heart. She made us feel comfortable, cared for, and fully present in such a meaningful place.
She guided us through every site with perfect timing and intention, making sure we experienced everything without ever feeling rushed.
If you are visiting Hiroshima, I cannot recommend Yoshi enough. Seeing the city through her eyes is something truly unforgettable.
