Tour Itinerary
- 10:40 Meet at Odawara Station. By Izuhakone car to Sounzan 11:20. By ropeway to Owakudani. By ropeway to Togendai. 13:15 Pirate Ship. 13:40 Hakonemachi Port. Maruyama Bussan, presentation and shopping. Then to the Hakone Open-Air Museum. 14:40 admission, 50-minute tour. Then to Gora Kadan. Arrive 15:40. Accompany check-in and disband at 15:45.

Body: The guests were visiting from North America. To celebrate the occasion, I had them sign a commemorative celebration board by hand, and we took a memorial photo at Owakudani with Mount Fuji in the background. I gave the board to the guests. During the magic box presentation at the local shop, the guests applauded many times and were full of admiration. They made a variety of purchases. As one of the guests was tired from traveling and had little appetite, we skipped lunch. When the driver kindly offered something like a refreshing throat lozenge, the guest felt better and was able to enjoy strolling through the Hakone Open-Air Museum energetically. The guests plan to sightsee in Tokyo for a few more days before returning home.

For example, how the Great Buddha was constructed, because I am a master of engineering graduated from Hokkaido University.

Hiro-san knows Hakone!
Our guide, Hiro-san, did a wonderful job introducing us to the area of Hakone – leading us on a great tour of several requested destinations. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji at the top of the ropeway, had a fun ride on a pirate ship on Lake Ashi, enjoyed a fantastic lunch at a local restaurant, and picked up some great souvenirs at a puzzle-box store which have wowed our family and friends. One of the great things that Hiro did throughout the day was to educate and amuse us with numerous pictures, stories, and lessons from his backpack. It felt like Hiro-san was part of our family that day and we can’t imagine having tried to experience Hakone’s great sites without him.

Great Day and Tour
Kamakura was amazing. Enjoyed visiting the beautiful gardens and shrines. Hiro was a great guide. Having him guide us made the day stress free and much more enjoyable. It was interesting learning about Japan and the culture. I would definitely recommend this tour and visiting Kamakura.
