The guests were a group from North America who arrived at Kobe early in the morning on the day of the tour by cruise ship. They had visited Osaka several times before and had already seen the common tourist spots such as Osaka Castle, so this time the tour focused mainly on the Umeda Sky Building, Dotonbori, and food sampling at Kuromon Market. After the tour, they planned to enjoy shopping at Shinsaibashi-suji. Since I had heard they were fans of Japanese products, I guided them to the prefectural antenna shops at KITTE Osaka, which they enjoyed, though they were disappointed that there was no shop representing their home prefecture of Yamaguchi.

Sachiko was our tour guide and she is one of the best we have had. Not only did she show us Osaka in the rain, she went above and stayed with us 45 minutes past the tour time to make sure she brought us back to our hotel and taught us the trains to take and the restaurants around. We highly appreciate her.

I enjoyed seeing Osaka through Sachiko’s eyes and experience. She showed me what was special about Osaka, answered my numerous questions about life in this city and in Japan. The tour was long enough to see the city and although it rained throughout the day, I had a very nice time. I would recommend Sachiko and TripAdvisor to friends

Sachiko or Choko Ogura is a fantastic guide who not only explained the importance but also the backgrounds and histories in details of the locations we visited.
She is extremely proficient in English but is lovely lady with very helpful and pleasant nature. She guided us about what to do and what not to do.
