Tour Itinerary
- 9:30 Meet at Hotel Ten-yu (reason for delay noted separately)
- →Shuttle bus to Gora (because the ropeway was stopped due to strong winds, take the mountain railway and bus to Motohakone
- →10:30 Narukawa Art Museum
- →12:00 Lunch at Fukao Soba
- →13:30 Peace Torii Gate
- →15:30 Disband at Hotel Ten-yu

The guest information listed the meeting point as a hotel, so I waited there, but the guests did not appear. After 15 minutes, the guests called me and explained that they were actually staying at a different hotel, so I hurried over to meet them, which delayed the start of the tour. It was unfortunate that I had not received any reply from the guests in advance, so I could not confirm this beforehand, and we nearly missed each other. Both hotels share the same address but are located some distance apart, so I would appreciate a clear description in the future to avoid similar situations. On this day both the ropeway and the pirate ship were out of service, but as the guests enjoyed photography, we were able to spend plenty of time photographing and strolling around Lake Ashi and Mount Fuji, and they were very pleased.

Yuki was awesome. She reached out right after we made our reservation, inquired about our interests and provided a customized itinerary. She guided us to six different venues using public transportation over the course of six hours and was very professional, flexible and informative. I highly recommend her services especially for first time visitors.
