Title: What Is a Private Kyoto Day Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Arashiyama and Nishiki Market

The guests were visitors from Europe. One of the main concerns beforehand was maintaining interest and energy throughout the day, but with breaks for food at the Monkey Park, Arashiyama, and Nishiki Market, we managed to finish the tour in good spirits. Since much of the time was spent traveling by train and bus, I made an effort to keep communication open by talking about daily life in Europe and Japan. As the guests were drawn to shops that caught their interest and stopped to do some shopping, things did not go exactly as originally planned, but they seemed to enjoy the day very much, especially the food, and I received words of thanks.
