- 3. 11:30 Tsukiji (Hongwanji Temple, Outer Market)
- 4. 12:40 Lunch at T's Tantan Ueno Ecute Store
- 5. 13:20 Ueno (Ueno Park, Ameyoko)
- 6. 14:20 Akihabara
- 7. 15:00 Odaiba
- 8. 15:50 Disband at Shimbashi Station
What Is a Private Day Tour of Tokyo Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
This was the first day of a two-day booking, and I guided the guests largely along the itinerary we had confirmed in advance. Since it was during the period when the Inui Gate passage at the Imperial Palace was open, I suggested it on the spot and took the guests there. For lunch, since certain foods could not be eaten, I guided the guests to a ramen restaurant offering a plant-based option, which they were very happy with. The weather was favorable, and we were able to complete the entire planned itinerary. I believe the guests were satisfied, though they seemed a little tired because of the long walking distance.

Even so, I recommend you go around with a guide, especially if it is your first time visit to Tokyo.

Pleasant Intro to Tokyo
Nobu was an experienced and informative guide. It was a great introduction to Tokyo – a busy and vastly interesting city. We learned about Japanese history and toured some of the major sites including the Imperial gardens, a Buddhist temple, a Shinto shrine, and the bustling Shibuya Crossing. Nobu helped us get familiar with the subway system and explained some of Japanese cuisine. We greatly enjoyed our tour and recommend it to others!
