- Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Sannenzaka. Ninenzaka. Ryozen Kannon

- Nanzenji Temple (Sanmon Gate admission, Hojo Garden admission)

- Eikando Temple (garden admission)

- Drop off at the entrance of Teramachi Shopping Street on Oike Street

What's a Private Kyoto Temple and Shrine Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from North America. They had a strong interest in Japanese culture and listened attentively to an overview of Buddhism and Shinto in Kyoto. They viewed the beautiful Japanese gardens and Buddhist statues with great interest. In particular, they asked several times about the difference between a Buddhist temple and a Shinto shrine. At the end, we parted ways at Nishiki Market as they had requested. Some of the guests had already visited Japan more than ten times, and on this occasion they seemed especially eager to explore Japanese history and religion in depth. They chose to skip lunch in order to see as much as possible.
