Title: What's a Private Kyoto History Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report

The guests were visitors from North America, and this was their first trip to Japan, stopping over on their way home from another destination. Both listened attentively to my explanations, so we were able to talk about many topics. In particular, they wanted to see the Kyoto Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle before heading back, and their questions seemed to focus on historical themes such as the Emperor and the Shogun. We also chatted about a variety of subjects, including politics abroad, technology hubs, and Japanese cuisine. For the return trip they wished to take the Shinkansen, and although one ticket was misplaced within the Shinkansen area, causing a bit of a delay at Shin-Osaka Station, we managed to sort it out. I hope the tour became a good memory for the guests.
