- 09:00 Hotel, purchase Suica card at Shinjuku Station
- 09:30 Meiji Shrine, Takeshita Street
- 10:30 Shibuya Crossing, Hachiko Statue Square
- 11:30 Stroll around Ginza 4-chome Crossing, GINZA SIX Rooftop Garden, and Sapporo Lion
- 12:30 Tsukiji Hongwanji Temple, Tsukiji Outer Market
- 13:20 Tour ends near Shinjuku Station East Exit
Title: What Can You See on a Private Tokyo Tour of Tsukiji and Meiji Shrine? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors from Oceania who were interested in food and culture. Because of this interest, they chose to visit Tsukiji Market rather than Asakusa. At Meiji Shrine, they worshipped in the traditional sense, purchasing an omamori charm and writing a prayer wish. At Tsukiji Hongan-ji Temple, they found the interior fascinating, noting that its structure resembled that of a Catholic church. I had assumed the guests would have a meal after we finished the tour at the Tsukiji Outer Market, but it seemed they did not want to eat outdoors in the intense heat, and popular restaurants such as "Sushi Zanmai" also had long lines. As a result, the guests preferred to return to Shinjuku together with the guide. I escorted them to the East Exit of Shinjuku Station, where the tour came to an end.

Our guide, Harry, did an excellent job of showing us around Tokyo. He helped us navigate the train and subway systems. Had an excellent Japanese lunch and stopped at good local shopping venues. Harry also arranged which order we should do things in since I didn’t know how far apart the attractions we wanted to see were from each other. No way we could have navigated on our own, very pleased, highly recommend.
