What Is a Private One-Day Tokyo Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Tsukiji, Asakusa, and Tokyo Tower
The guests were visitors from North America who had just arrived the day before. They were quite tired from the heat and humidity. They had planned to get around entirely by subway and purchased a one-day free pass, but we ended up taking a taxi from Shibuya to Tokyo Tower. We walked briefly through Tsukiji and then moved on to Asakusa. They remarked that the subway was very beautiful. In Asakusa, we viewed Tokyo Skytree, the Asahi Beer headquarters, and Senso-ji Temple from the observation deck of the Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center, and afterward we actually visited Senso-ji Temple. They enjoyed drawing omikuji fortunes. At Tokyo Tower, after touring the main deck, they wished to explore on their own, so we parted ways.

Nino was able to move us efficiently through the city dropping of at the various sights and picking us up without waiting! Nino’s vehicle was comfortable and absolutely spotless. We had a great time on our tour. Our guide, Fumiko, was very good. She contavted us about two weeks before the tour so she could customize the activities. She was incredibly helpful during all of the planning. She met us at our meering poit with a sign that had identified her, which made the start of the tour easy. Thw tour itself was awesome. She gave good insight about all the locations that we visited. I highly recommend her for any tours.

Nice tour of Tokyo
Don’t visit Tokyo without a guide! You’ll need help to find the good restaurants and interesting spots.
We had a tour with Ms. Fumiko. She was a both knowledgeable and nice guide. She even contacted us days beforehand to design the tour to meet our specific needs and wishes. Much appreciated!
