Title: What Can You See on a Private Miyajima and Hiroshima Peace Park Tour from a Cruise Ship? A Licensed Guide's Report

On the day of the tour, the guests were among the first to disembark, and I was able to meet them without any trouble. It was humid, but the weather was good. We took a taxi to Miyajima right away, and I was able to show them more places than I had originally anticipated. Since they had told me in advance that they wanted to see as much as possible, I feel I was able to do just that.

After moving to the Peace Park, I had planned for lunch, but the guests said, "We don't need to eat. We want to see a lot," so we were able to go all the way to the Hiroshima National Peace Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims. I myself enjoyed our conversations very much, ranging from a family connection to the Manhattan Project, to the content of the film Oppenheimer, and even to topics such as the sports and martial arts the guests enjoy. I would be grateful if the guests were satisfied.

As I also wrote in a separate email, the guests mentioned that they did not know how to leave a review, so I would appreciate it if guidance could be provided on how to do that.

I was an English teacher of a high school in Hiroshima.
I retired early from my job in March in 2024.
I might be of use to you if you’d like to get to know the present educational situation in Hiroshima.
I had many opportunities to introduce Japanese culture when I taught Japanese in high school in America for two years.
I can take you to the place where you can listen to music because I used to be a member of a music band.
I like Japanese chess, fishing, skiing.
I’m willing to do some activities with you.
I would be most happy to help you know culture in Hiroshima.
