After receiving a message from the [Japan Guide Agency](https://www.j-g-a.org/) coordinator, I ran to a hotel located on the exact opposite side of the Kamo River. The very first meeting was quite hectic. In the past, there had been cases where another agent was involved between me and the guests and communication did not go smoothly, but we had always somehow managed to meet at the hotel. This time, I could hardly believe it was a completely different hotel. Since tour requests come from many different places and through many different routes, it made me a little uneasy to think that various cases like this might continue to arise. The group, visiting Japan for the first time from Europe, worked at the same workplace. English was a foreign language for all of us, but we were able to communicate well.
