What Is a Private Osaka Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report on Osaka Castle, Shitennoji, Kuromon Market, and Dotonbori
I exchanged emails with the guests many times beforehand, receiving information about a change of hotel, a request to shorten the tour to four hours due to fatigue, and the places they wanted to see and their interests, so I was able to plan the tour to match their wishes as closely as possible. Since one of the guests was fond of history, they listened attentively to my explanations of the history of Osaka Castle and Shitennoji Temple. Although one of the guests was wearing a support brace on the right leg, they moved nimbly, and while the rest of the group chose not to climb the five-story pagoda at Shitennoji, that one guest went up, and I accompanied them. As a relic-offering ceremony happened to be taking place, I believe they enjoyed the distinctive atmosphere. I took many photos of the group together. At Kuromon Market the prices were high, so they only sampled some food, but in Dotonbori we found a reasonably priced sushi restaurant where the chef prepared the sushi right in front of them, and they seemed very satisfied.

The town of Osaka offers a different atmosphere than Tokyo. I like both exciting Osaka and nature-filled Wakayama Prefecture.
If you stay in Osaka for 3 days, you can go to Koyasan for one day, or even for a day trip, so I recommend sightseeing at Koyasan.
If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of the big city, the nature of Koyasan will relax you.
I will introduce you to the unique culture, history and must-see sights.

The guide was pleasant throughout and easy to understand so the experience was a lot of fun overall.
