- 13:00 Arrive at Shukkeien Garden
- 13:15 Finish visiting Shukkeien Garden and head to Hiroshima Castle
- 13:30 Arrive at Hiroshima Castle, disband
Tour Itinerary in Detail
This private tour of Hiroshima began at 9:30, when the guide met the guests at Hotel, and finished at 13:15. The day ran to 3 hours and 45 minutes from start to finish.
From there the group visited Take a taxi to the museum at 9:40, the museum at 9:50, Take a taxi to Shukkeien Garden at 12:40, Shukkeien Garden at 13:00 and Hiroshima Castle, disband at 13:30.
What Is a Private Hiroshima City Tour Like? A Licensed Guide's Report
I guided the guests visiting from Oceania. Since they had visited Miyajima the previous day, they wished to focus on sightseeing within Hiroshima City. Although the contract included both Miyajima and Hiroshima City sightseeing, they said it was fine if the tour ended early.
One of the guests carefully viewed the exhibits at the museum and read the explanatory texts thoroughly, and I could sense a depth of knowledge. Because they listened attentively to my explanation before we entered the main building, it was very rewarding for me to guide them.
