The guests were visiting Japan from North America, arriving after spending several days in Asia. During the tour, the guests exchanged thoughtful opinions about the differences between the imperial systems and cultures of Japan and Europe, and shared stories about their heritage. At Osaka Castle, they patiently and kindly answered the simple English questions of elementary school students who were on an extracurricular English learning activity. Their intelligence and warmth made this a tour where I felt I learned a great deal from them. The day before, the guests had visited Kyoto on a tour, and the following day they planned to visit Nara on their own before returning home via Tokyo.

Sachiko was our tour guide and she is one of the best we have had. Not only did she show us Osaka in the rain, she went above and stayed with us 45 minutes past the tour time to make sure she brought us back to our hotel and taught us the trains to take and the restaurants around. We highly appreciate her.

I enjoyed seeing Osaka through Sachiko’s eyes and experience. She showed me what was special about Osaka, answered my numerous questions about life in this city and in Japan. The tour was long enough to see the city and although it rained throughout the day, I had a very nice time. I would recommend Sachiko and TripAdvisor to friends

Sachiko or Choko Ogura is a fantastic guide who not only explained the importance but also the backgrounds and histories in details of the locations we visited.
She is extremely proficient in English but is lovely lady with very helpful and pleasant nature. She guided us about what to do and what not to do.
