The guests were visitors from North America. During the tour, walking on the hard stone paths around the Imperial Palace appeared to be quite challenging for the guests. It would be helpful if there were a system to know in advance about the condition of guests arriving in Tokyo, as it would allow for better preparation. Would it be possible to improve this kind of arrangement as part of "barrier-free" measures? For lunch, I guided the guests to a vegan restaurant in Asakusa. After lunch, the guests mentioned that they were looking forward to enjoying Asakusa by rickshaw.
