Tour Itinerary
- 11:00 Meet with the customer. Head to Osaka Castle.
- 11:30 Arrive at Osaka Castle. The customer requested that we don't need to go inside the castle tower, so we only view the exterior.
- 13:00 Head to Osakajokoen Station. Head to Umeda Sky Building.
- 13:40 Arrive at Sky Building.
- 14:50 Head to Kuromon Market.
- 15:30 Arrive at Kuromon Market From Kuromon Market, via Sennichimae and Hozenji Yokocho, to Dotonbori, late lunch of udon at Imai.
- 16:30 Arrive at Nanba Yasaka Shrine
- 17:00 Head to Shinsekai
- 19:00 End work at Nipponbashi Station
Title: What Is a Private Osaka Walking Tour Like in Summer? A Licensed Guide's Report
The guests were visitors currently based in North America. They arrived in Osaka via Tokyo and Kyoto and planned to stay in Osaka. They had already had a guide in Tokyo and Kyoto, but I still shared some background on Japanese history.
It was a hot summer day and we walked quite a lot, but the guests did not seem tired and kept up well throughout. After the tour, they told me they had enjoyed it. They seemed very interested in Japanese culture, so I talked about a variety of topics, and they listened with great interest.
